The images for the “Sessions Twenty-Eight” gallery date back to November 2013, which was Dawn Armstrong’s first photoshoot with Paul Buceta, the world’s top fitness photographer and the founder of Strong magazine. Dawn was invited to shoot with Paul as a result of her win at the 2013 SAF Fall Spectacular (Athletic Swimsuit Model), which also earned her SAF Elite Pro status. Dawn’s hair and makeup for the photoshoot were done by Valeria Nova, superstar stylist for Paul Buceta and SAF.

Although Dawn was brand new to fitness modeling in 2013, her potential was obvious. Since then, Dawn has competed successfully with SAF numerous times, which culminated with her winning the 2014 SAF Elite Pro Championship, SAF’s most prestigious title. Dawn has also worked with Paul Buceta several more times for SAF, including in April 2015 at a special invite-only photoshoot in the Caribbean.
