“Sessions Thirty” features SAF superstar Edith Werbel, two-time winner of the SAF Summer Elite Pro Challenge (2013 and 2014). Since Edith joined SAF in 2012, she has been one of our most popular and successful competitors. Currently, Edith is a workout host on Body Rock, which has millions of viewers worldwide. She is also the author of The Fitness Model Diet Guide, which can be purchased through the Body Rock’s store.

The images for “Sessions Thirty” were taken in April 2014 by Paul Buceta, the founder of and chief photographer for Strong magazine, which focusses exclusively on women’s fitness. He is also the main studio photographer for SAF. Hair and makeup for Edith were done by Valeria Nova.
