SAF’s Pro Fitness Model competitions are unique in that the judging takes place over two rounds: one in themewear, the other in a bikini. However, the women are not only judged on how they look in those outfits, but also how they perform in routines choreographed to their own musical selections. As a result, these competitions are as challenging to compete in as they are exciting to watch!

SAF has two levels of competition: Open and Pro. Any woman 18 years of age or older can enter an Open competition. Pro competitions are reserved for women who have qualified at a previous SAF competition.

The SAF Spring Spectacular was held on April 2 in Mississauga, Canada. It was there that many women took to the stage to display their fantastic physiques in stunning bikinis designed specifically for them. The 2016 SAF Summer Spectacular was held from June 10-11. The Open and Pro Bikini Model competitions were held on June 10; Pro Fitness Model and Open Athletic Swimsuit and Fitness Model were held on June 11. Any woman 18 years of age or older can enter SAF’s Open competitions. Pro competitions are reserved for those who have earned SAF Pro status at a previous SAF event.
With dazzling outfits and inspiring presentations, the Fitness Model themewear round is one of the most exciting parts of any SAF competition (Fitness Models must also compete wearing bikinis in a separate round).
